Saint Brendan’s Pink Drink

A fan-favorite beverage with an indulgent twist. This recipe combines sweet seasonal berries, refreshing coconut milk and Saint Brendan’s, so you can keep sipping your favorite drink all summer long.


  • 8 oz. Tazo Passion Tea
  • 1 oz. Strawberries or raspberries
  • 4 oz. Water 
  • 2 oz. Coconut milk
  • 2 oz. Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream
  • 0.5 oz. Maraschino Cherry Juice


  • Combine steeped tea and berries in a 2” inch ice cube container. Freeze for up to 4 hours.
  • Once frozen, combine ice cubes, and 2 oz of Saint Brendan’s into a glass. Top off with coconut milk and Maraschino Cherry Juice.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh-cut berries.
