St. Brendan’s Iced Irish Espresso Latte
Smooth, cool, and refreshing – the Iced Irish Espresso Latte takes one of our favorite recipes and adds an extra kick so you can jump-start living luxuriously.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz. Espresso
- 2 oz. Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream
- 2 oz. Milk
- 3 oz. Cold Brew Coffee
DIRECTIONS
- Add espresso in a 2” inch ice cube container. Freeze for up to 8 hours.
- Once frozen, combine ice cubes and cold brew into a glass with ice.
- In a small saucepan, combine Saint Brendan’s with milk and set on medium-low heat. Using a wire whisk, whip the mixture to create a sweet foam. Holding the foam back with a spoon, pour saucepan mixture into the glass. Spoon foam on top to finish.
