Saint Brendan’s n’ Spice

Perfect for fall weather, this drink blends espresso and warm spices with Saint Brendan’s to upgrade your pumpkin spice latte.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream
  • 2 Shots of Espresso
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream & Mini Cinnamon Roll Cereal

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a cocktail shaker add espresso, brown sugar, spices and ice.
  2. Shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a glass with ice.
  4. Top with Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream
  5. Stir together.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon cereal.
