Saint Brendan’s n’ Spice
Perfect for fall weather, this drink blends espresso and warm spices with Saint Brendan’s to upgrade your pumpkin spice latte.
- 2 oz Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream
- 2 Shots of Espresso
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- Garnish: Whipped Cream & Mini Cinnamon Roll Cereal
- In a cocktail shaker add espresso, brown sugar, spices and ice.
- Shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a glass with ice.
- Top with Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream
- Stir together.
- Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon cereal.
