St. Brendan’s Crepes

A new upgrade of the French classic, make any occasion extra special with this crepe recipe from @honestfoodie_blog.



  • 1 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup St Brendan’s
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

St. Brendan’s Drizzle

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp St Brendan’s
  • 1tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted

** whisk all together



  1. Add to blender & blend on low for 20 seconds ( full incorporated) or add to large bowl & whisk until the ingredients are incorporated – make sure to not over mix
  2. Let batter rest in fridge overnight
  3. Next day add 1/4 batter to a greased skillet, use the bottom of the measuring cup to spread it out. 20-30 seconds on each side on medium heat
  4. Layer on the fruit, St. Brendan’s drizzle & whipped cream!
