St. Brendan’s Crepes
A new upgrade of the French classic, make any occasion extra special with this crepe recipe from @honestfoodie_blog.
INGREDIENTS
Crepes
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup St Brendan’s
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
St. Brendan’s Drizzle
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp St Brendan’s
- 1tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted
** whisk all together
DIRECTIONS
- Add to blender & blend on low for 20 seconds ( full incorporated) or add to large bowl & whisk until the ingredients are incorporated – make sure to not over mix
- Let batter rest in fridge overnight
- Next day add 1/4 batter to a greased skillet, use the bottom of the measuring cup to spread it out. 20-30 seconds on each side on medium heat
- Layer on the fruit, St. Brendan’s drizzle & whipped cream!
