St. Brendan’s Emerald Isle Milkshake

Simply. Decadent. This dreamy blend of chocolate ice cream transcends the ordinary milkshake experience by pairing Saint Brendan’s® with bold Irish whiskey, coffee liqueur and a dash of indulgent treats on top.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. Saint Brendan’s® Irish Cream
  • ½ oz. The Quiet Man® Irish Whiskey
  • ½ oz. Caffé Lolita® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 Large Scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup for Drizzling
  • Whipped Cream for Topping
  • Mini Chocolate Chips or Cookies for Topping

DIRECTIONS

Pour Saint Brendan’s, The Quiet Man and Caffé Lolita into a blender then add a generous scoop of chocolate ice cream. Blend until smooth. In a chilled glass, swirl chocolate syrup around the glass then pour in the milkshake. Add a pillow of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips and cookie crumbles for a sweet garnish.
