
St. Brendan’s Chocolate Martini
Rich Irish cream and layers of chocolate take this classic martini to the next level of indulgence.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz. Saint Brendan’s
- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz. Chocolate Syrup
- Optional Chocolate Ganache (to line & rim glass)
- ¼ cup Chocolate Chips
- A splash of Heated Heavy Whipping Cream
- Combine & stir until smooth
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the Saint Brendan’s, vodka, chocolate liqueur and chocolate syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a garnished martini glass.
- Optional: top with chocolate ganache.
