St. Brendan’s Chocolate Martini

Rich Irish cream and layers of chocolate take this classic martini to the next level of indulgence.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz. Saint Brendan’s
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Chocolate Syrup
  • Optional Chocolate Ganache (to line & rim glass)
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips
  • A splash of Heated Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Combine & stir until smooth

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the Saint Brendan’s, vodka, chocolate liqueur and chocolate syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a garnished martini glass.
  5. Optional: top with chocolate ganache.
