Black Forest Martini

This classic martini embodies all the elegance of chocolate-covered cherries plus gentle swirls of cream from Derry.


  • ½ oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Cherry Kijafa
  • 1 oz. Kirschwasser
  • ½ oz. Luxardo
  • 2 oz. St. Brendan’s® Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Crème de Cacao
  • ½ oz. Heavy Cream
  • Chocolate Shavings
  • Slightly Whipped Cream


Gently whip heavy cream by hand until it reaches a pourable, mousse-like consistency. Set aside. Add all alcohol plus ½ oz. heavy cream into a shaker. Add ice. Shake. Strain into a coupe glass leaving room for whipped cream. Top with prepared cream. Garnish with freshly grated chocolate shavings.
