Bananas Foster

2 oz. Saint Brendan’s® Salted Caramel
1 oz. Pearl® Caramel Vodka
1/2 oz. Arrow® Crème de Banana Liqueur
Crushed Bissinger’s® English Toffee for Garnish

Combine liquid ingredients into a pint glass with ice. Shake, and strain into a toffee-rimmed martini glass.*

Crush toffee using a rolling pin or the bottom of a pint glass. Collect crushed pieces into a saucer. Pour 1/2 oz. of Saint Brendan’s Salted Caramel into a second saucer. Dip the rim of a martini glass into the saucer filled with Saint Brendan’s Salted Caramel, then dip again into the saucer of crushed toffee.
